Should it be 3, 4 or 5?

After a recent holiday and the Chinese New Year, it was just inevitable. Yes, I have gained weight! Gasps! How to resist the wonderful cookies over the CNY period and the endless feasting and all the Lo-Hei.

So, I decided to shed the additional 3kg gained over the past few months. I was shocked to find out from my friends that they felt the target is too low! What do they know about losing weight in a place where good food is readily available at every corner?

Anyway, I refuse to set unrealistic target and be so way off from achieving it that I would give up even before I start.

So, while 5kg or 10kg sounds better, I am sticking with 3kg. I hope to do it by the end of the year. Please do not tempt me! Keep all good food far, far away from me.
