Domestic Goddess

I am an emerging domestic goddess!!!!
I now have an almost fully equipped kitchen with a few “champion” dishes under my belt. In just the last one month, I have cooked curry chicken, yam rice, lontong, fried Mee Hoon, mixed vegetables, soups, Ngoh Hiang, Yong Tau Foo, etc.
It has been an exciting journey and it is highly therapeutic. I am truly enjoying myself. It is of course not as easy as it looks. There is the planning, the buying of groceries and stuffs, the preparation, the slicing, dicing, cutting, etc. Finally, there is the actual cooking.
Still, I find joy in it. Perhaps because it is a lone “sports”. I am always into lone sports and the solitary moment of just being by myself.
It is something I can find myself doing more, it gives me time to be by myself.
I enjoy it!!!!
Next season – working on western dishes and making sure each is simply awesome!!!
Would someone want to offer me a spot to host a Food channel on TV?
I am so ready for it.

Sure. Must think of new dishes. And cannot cook food that you are expert in, otherwise, comparison will put me in unfair position. I think I best focus and speciallise in western dishes.
